Blanchers & Freezers (IQF Tunnel, Spiral, Plate)
Our thermal section includes water and steam blanchers with precise time–temperature control, de-watering and air-knife systems to stabilize product before freezing. We engineer heat-recovery, low-water designs and hygienic access for faster sanitation and lower OPEX.
Freezing options include fluidized IQF tunnel freezers for particulates, spiral freezers for high throughput in compact footprints, and plate freezers for blocks/fillets. Fans, evaporators and belt speeds are tuned to product load and moisture, delivering tight core temperature control and low frost carryover.
Complete lines for peas, corn, mixed vegetables, berries, mango, avocado and more—covering washing, destoning, trimming, cutting/dicing, blanching, IQF, glazing and packing. Hygienic design, gentle handling and configurable recipes safeguard texture and color across products and seasons.
Inline QA with metal detection, X-ray (partnered) and vision sorting reduces foreign matter and defects. Our data layer captures yields, downtime and giveaway to drive continuous improvement and meet global retailer specifications.
Modular kitchens and processing cells for fries, coated snacks, patties, nuggets, par-baked items and RTE meals. We integrate mixers, formers, coaters/batter-breading, fryers/ovens, spiral chill/freeze and hygienic conveyors to deliver consistent bite, coating pickup and internal temperature.
Recipe-driven changeovers, allergen management and validated kill-steps support global compliance. Inline checkweighing, labeling and end-of-line automation reduce giveaway and labor while improving throughput and audit readiness.
