About Us

SS Engineers & Consultants, formerly known as Sri Pumps and Fittings Industrial Corporation (SPFIC) established in 1999, has a rich history of innovation in the food processing industry.

Our Roots:

1999: SPFIC began by providing high-quality sanitary valves, pumps, and pipeline fittings to the Indian food and beverage sector, adhering to DIN 11850 standards. We also catered to OEM and project needs.

Evolution and Expansion:

2005: SS Engineers & Consultants was launched to deliver automated cleaning machines and material handling systems for the food, automotive, and allied industries.
2007: We developed our first Conveyorized vegetable washing machine, marking the beginning of our extensive range of vegetable processing solutions. This includes washers, sorting machines, scrub cleaning & drying systems, and handling conveyors.

2008: Our growth necessitated a larger workspace. We expanded our office to 4000 square feet and introduced a dedicated facility for post-harvest primary and secondary processing equipment. We embraced a collaborative approach, working with various organizations and creating custom-built machines to meet individual client requirements. Additionally, we introduced Conveyorized fruit blanching machines and ozone cleaning technologies.
2009-2012: We undertook several successful turnkey projects for vegetable pack houses across various Indian states.

Embracing New Horizons:

2015: A new facility dedicated to dairy plant and machinery was established. This enabled us to offer complete solutions for milk and milk product manufacturing. We expanded our team by 50 employees and successfully executed projects across India, including processing plants for milk, butter, ghee, and paneer. Our international reach grew with processing plants installed in Kenya (Meru and Nairobi) and yogurt and ghee plants supplied to Australia and New Zealand, respectively.

Continuous Innovation:

2021: We broadened our offerings to include dehydration plants, powder-making plants, fruit pulp & puree plants, and beer & beverage plants.
2023: Our commitment to cutting-edge technology led us to introduce freeze-drying plants, tunnel dehydrators, advanced powder-making plants, fully automated CIP systems, and IoT-based processing plants for various industries. Furthermore, we've developed a comprehensive range of automated cleaning systems for continuous and batch models, catering to the pharmaceutical, chemical, and oil & gas sectors.
